About Me
I was born in 2002 in Aveiro, Portugal.
I have a strong interest in Natural Sciences, particularly Animal Biology, Zoology, and Evolution, areas that influence how I observe and interpret nature. This interest led me to pursue Science and Technology in secondary school.
After completing secondary school, I continued my academic journey in the field of photography, enrolling in the Polytechnic Institute of Tomar in 2021, where I completed my degree in Photography in 2024. The connection between photography and nature is now central to my work, reflecting my ongoing interest in the study and observation of the natural world.
About The Website
The website "Wild Portugal" is a project and a reflection of this dual passion for the natural world, and of showing this world to other people who, like me, want to know and understand it, in order to also raise awareness of its protection. This is mainly at the animal level (hence the name of the site), but also regarding the landscapes and night sky of Portugal. With this objective in mind, I carry out various photographic projects and products related to these themes.
Despite this naturalistic aspect and my learning about it, this website is above all about my work as a photographer and the photographic services I provide. That is, in addition to these areas in which I have a special affinity, I also post photographs of pets, portraits, and product photography, and offer photo editing services.
In addition to these aspects, the site also contains a blog where I post various tips and interesting facts about photography, animals, landscapes, and astronomy. Tutorials on experimental photographic processes are also shared, allowing anyone to create creative photographs, such as cyanotype and solarigraphy.

Currently developing some projects such as the continuation of the book "Wild Portugal ", also certain experimental photographic processes such as solarigraphy and finally developing this website.
Higher Education Course - Bachelor's Degree in Photography, at the Polytechnic Institute of Tomar. There, she developed skills in various branches of digital photography at a general level and with a special focus on portraiture, product photography, and fashion, as well as expertise in analog photography. Numerous photographic projects were developed.
Secondary education course - Science and Technology, at José Estêvão Secondary School, in Aveiro. Where he developed some essential knowledge about biology.
